My friend Robin enjoys cooking and from time to time has given me recipes for some of his favourites. He has kindly agreed to share some of these and will add a few here from time to time.

Puttanesca means 'whore' or 'tart' or 'lady of the night' in Italian. The point of this meal being that it is a little bit on the spicy or exotic side. This recipe (which is enough for two) has the three advantages of being cheap, healthy and lovely.   view recipe
