This is an annual event and is normally held in the Market Hall.
It has classes not only for Flowers and Garden Produce but also Local Crafts including needlework,photography etc.
I find that this is no longer running but The Bodmin Street Methodist Church incorporate a very similar event in the St Peter's fair week Festival held in July
